Dc3, 29+1. Not had it with the other two.

Just been to gp and have given me iron at my level had dropped to 10.6, not too low but they're not sure why I feel like it otherwise. Of it keeps happening then to go to MAU.

The way I describe it is, I feel like i have to take in lots of deep breaths but not enough oxygen, gp did oxygen level which was good... Just not sure why I feel like it all day since te beginning of the weekend. Along with some palpitations.

Anyone else? Is it how baby is laying do you think?

I get this a lot, in my first pregnancy I was told it was low iron levels and given tablets but this time my iron levels seem ok so not really sure what it is:/ possibly low blood pressure? Such a horrible feeling though. I do feel your pain!! Xx

I have had this with both my pregnancy's. For me i think it is a combination of low iron levels and the way baby is lying.

I would describe it as unable to take a full breath in. Really horrible feeling.

Things that help me are steamy baths and leaning forward. Rather than sitting back in a chair or sofa, get on you knees and lean forward onto the coffee table, sofa arm or if you work put your chair low and lean forward onto your desk. Basically try to move baby out and down, away from ribcage and lungs.

And dont panic if it gets worse, i ended up going to a&e first time and had a massive panic attack there. Just take it steady and hopefully it should pass in a couple of weeks.
