Just need some opinions and advice please
We've bought the Graco Evo stroller and car seat, but not the carry cot bit, as we thought it is not really necessary, as the stroller part lies flat so therefore is suitable from birth. Didn't really want to spend extra money on something that will potentially be used just for a couple months.
I'm just trying to figure out if the carry cot bit is really that necessary, so I was wondering if anyone else has this travel system and used it without a carry cot?
Do you actually need to strap the baby to the pushchair bit when it is lying flat?
I am also a bit worried about baby being warm enough as it is due in a week, so it will be a winter baby... although I guess it can be easily solved with extra blankets... I thought I could put the footmuff on for extra warmth, but it doesn't look right when the pram is flat, and it doesn't look like you can attach it to the pram without the harness... which I don't intend to use for first few month...
