Snoring!

Hoping for any advice!! I'm 36+4 and have started snoring like a pissed sailor! All the time I feel like there is thick mucus at the back of my nose/dripping down the back of my throat (sorry!), but I have no cold symptoms, my nose isn't bunged and my throat isn't sore. It's so loud I sound like a fucking chainsaw starting up, my poor DH has barely slept in a week and it's even started waking ME up! I'm desperate, does anyone have any miracle tips?!

My husband uses those breathe right nose strips and they work for him. Worth a try.

Will they work if it's caused by the swelling/mucus at the back of my nose? In the seconds between the noise waking me up and me being able to wake up enough to stop it, it feels like the back of the nasal cavity/pharynx is vibrating!

Haha I've stared snoring too! It wakes me up, especially as I'm dropping off! I get really thirsty at night too and I wonder if the snoring has anything to do with it! I'm 34+3 x

31weeks here and been snoring for a while now and its getting worse. i try to clear my nose n throat before hitting the pillows and tilting my head so airways are clear. sometimes it works, but sometimes no joy-DP and myself still get woken by my nerve grinding snores :(
I found i snore more on my left side so try to stay on my right
Good luck!
