July 2014 babies

Hi all,

I wanted to start a new thread for mummys-to-be who are expecting babies in or around July 2014. And, of course, anyone else!

I'm 4+weeks and have so many questions and thought it would be helpful to share stories with people at the same stage. It's very early days and so don't want to get too excited.

I'm currently feeling worried that I'm not experiencing many symptoms, I don't feel sick and the tenderness in my boons are off and on. I'm also, only in the last hour, staring to experience cramp feeling. Is this normal?

Hello everyone,
First CONGRATS to you all! I got my BFP this morning. Have been trying since last December so it was a bit of a shock to actually get a positive. Had sore boobs last week and I thought it was just my period coming and when it hadn't arrived by today despite funny cramp pains I thought I might as well check! So all feels a bit surreal! Should I go see the Doctor to have a proper test or should I wait 8 weeks, which I read somewhere? What have you guys done?

Congratulations! That's brilliant. It's a complete shock, isn't it. I still don't think it's sunk in for me yet.

I am going to see my GP on Monday and have booked for a scan at 8 weeks. Other than that take folic acid and take it easy!
