How rough can sex be?

Due to complications I've had during pregnancy, me and hubby haven't had sex for almost 24 weeks However, next Friday we are hoping to be told by my Consultant that normal service can resume

So, like my thread title says, how rough can we be?? Do you find that naturally the sex is more gentle anyway just because you don't have the ability to fling yourself around as easily? Or are things just as wild?? I don't want to spend my time worrying that I'm doing the baby harm.

Lurking with interest. We're not normally the slow and gentle type and I've been wondering how rough is too rough.

We've carried on as normal. Apart from the one occasion when baby rather pointedly got up and went and sat right at the very top of my bump , it's been fine.

Haha saucyjack that made me laugh, definite protest from your baby. Our latest addition has not been a fan of sex during pregnancy!

I would say as long as u get the all clear then just go for it and just be aware if any discomfort. I never had issues with our son but this little mrs was defo not a fan and made it difficult esp as I got bigger

Dp and are are.... erm...enthusiastic in that department so i'd like to know too!
