SPD - am I panicking too early?

I've started getting a major pain in the top of my right buttock since lunchtime today and now it's agony. I've not been doing anything major today, just pottering around at home.

I'm 30+2 with LO#2. Does this sound like SPD? I've got my MW appointment on Tuesday.....or should I be ringing our maternity triage sooner for an assessment?

Any advice gratefully received.

If it is spd (which phone helpfully translated as sod, which it is Grin) you need to get seen sooner rather than later as it can take weeks to get a physio appt.

Might be sciatica or general pelvic girdle pain, bit if you're in pain def get it checked out.

Hope it improves soon. Pelvic partnership website has lots of tips on self help too.
