Reassurance needed......brown blood .6/7 weeks

Since about 11am I have had a very small amount of brown blood when I wipe.
Between yawns (!) and fighting off nausea - I am trying to concentrate on working and to stop myself running to the toilet to check every 30 seconds.

I haven't had any cramps or backache. Nausea has ramped up a notch since first thing this morning.

From googling around I think brown is "better" than red. But if anyone can give me any reassurance - it would help me. I'm assuming it is far too late for implantation bleeding. I'm stuck at work for another 3 hours and don't feel I can call DH as I might burst into tears if I talk about it. Also - not fair to worry him at work.

I feel worried and alone for the first time since my BFP!

Many thanks

I had the brown blood around the same gestation as you jay. It went away after a few days and then returned a few days later. Then cleared up for good. Possible reason given by epu was cervical erosion (nowhere near as scary as it sounds). Was told I might need some cauterisation after DD's birth, but I was fine!

Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy!

Pleased to hear you had a good scan. With DS3 I had brown bleeding from around 11 to 15 weeks. Later than you, I know, but although it was hideously stressful no cause was found, and the rest of the pregnancy was text book.

Jay I am so pleased for you - it's the best feeling in the world seeing that little heart flicker on the screen. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.
