Hospital bag

I'm 34+3 and wondered whether now is the right time to start packing my hospital bag and baby bag. I am under consultant led care for cholestasis so I could be induced from 37 weeks onwards or they may let me wait until my due date depending on my bloods and condition.
It's been 4 years since having my last child so I have completely forgotten what to include in my bag and his bag..

Help...?!?

I'm 33+2 and I packed most of it on the weekend - I hope to get it totally finished by 35 weeks. I'm not sure what the general guidlines are though, my midwife has never said anything, but I guess if there is a possibility of you being induced in a couple of weeks then it would be a good idea to get it done. One less thing to stress about later on!

I'm 37+1 today and have just realised that I haven't got my bag packed yet... Have been meaning to do it for ages and somehow just forgot with getting everything else organised!
I'd do it now if you can or at least start getting the stuff together?
This is my first baby so can't help too much on the contents. Hoping to get some inspiration online. I remember seeing a good list on Emma's Diary if that helps?

Theres lots of threads on here with good advice on what you should include but its worth getting a small bag together now with stuff you will need and just add to the bag, or as a lot of people do - take 2 or 3 bags, one for labour, one for baby and one for staying in for a day or two.

Basics are toiletries for you, giant cheap pants, change of clothes and nightie/pj's, snacks like cereal bars.

Baby will need nappies, cotton wool and/or wipes, vests, sleepsuits, scratch mits (if not built into sleepsuit), cardigan & a hat.

You can then start adding in things like phone charger, camera, parking change, book or magazine (inductions can be long).
