Lemsips while pregnant?

I know midwives and NHS direct have already said they are 'not advised', but will one do that much harm?

Hot ribena is amazing.

I miss lemsip soo much - and weirdly really like that bitter taste! I had thought all cough/throat sweets were out too, but the NHS direct website states that there's no known risk. So hooray for that I guess.
