Do you have an anterior placenta OP? Am assuming you've tried cold drink & banging a door loudly to get the baby moving?

Any change in movement that you've noticed should be checked out by the hospital, when did you first notice it was feeling different?

Have you phoned the midwives for advice?

Banging a door loudly? Not heard that one before!

There used to be a thread about the Count The Kicks campaign that was kept constantly bumped, was full of useful info.

Basically if you notice any changes in movement, whether its sudden increase or decrease, change in strength, etc then contact the maternity assessment unit ASAP.

Glad you're getting checked over OP. I've had anterior placenta in two of my pregnancies and they do tend to hide behind it but its still always best to get checked.

Everything was fine although most of the movements that wear heard on the monitor I couldn't feel which I thought was strange but glad I got checked out thanks for your replies

Banging the door works, my baby always moves when there is a loud noise. Makes going to the cinema very exciting...

I'm glad that everything is ok!
