Terrible urgent diarreah lasting a month. Just pregnancy? or Colitis/Crohns back?

I am 6 months pregnant. For the last month I've had increasingly bad, extremely urgent and watery diarreah. Day in, day out, I've not had a day 'off' yet.

I'm now up about 3 times in the night, maybe once in the mornings, then it's not too bad in the day and gets worse in the evenings again.

What concerns me is I have IBD (looks more like colitis than crohns but they never decided). Ive been in remission for 4 years and now I am TERRIFIED that this isn't pregnancy related, but is in fact a flare up. Did anyone have anything like this in pregnancy that doesn't have bowel problems normally?

And anyone with IBD is there anything they could do if it was a flare up or do i need to wait until after baby is born to take some drugs? I'm really scared! Got to pop out now, back later.
