ouch!sore hands!

as above anyone else experiencing sore hands? i wake up in the morning and can barely open and close my hands. ive even woke during the night with really sore hands!any tips or advice for easing the pain?

I second Carpel Tunnel Syndrome.

I wore splints. The OT gave them to me. Speak to your GP, Midwife or OT.

Yep I'm the same. Not a lot they can do apart from splints I'm afraid
