Uh oh - sweet smelling wee!

I just did a wee and it smelled like jam - I think I need a Gestational diabetes test.
Can it wait for my midwife appt next friday to bring up, or do I need to sort something now?

In my area it needs to be booked at hospital so best to give midwife a call. Good luck!
