Chocolate, cake, sweet things. Why!

Any recipes/tips for clean eating!

Erm, I just eat what I want. Never had much of a sweet tooth before but now I'm mad for cakes. Trying to temper it with dried/fresh fruit and eating lots of veg at meal times.
How far along are you?

I've been having frozen raspberries/strawberries mixed with fat free yoghurt and sweetner. It goes down a treat after all the pizza I've been eating.
Also made the effort to get some veg in to myself. Cucumber, red pepper, garlic and tinned tomatoes in the blended makes a quick soup.

Home made smoothies does sound like a jolly nice idea. might try that myself, i've been eating a lot of rubbish too!

If you blend the fruit straight from the freezer with yoghurt it makes healthy ice cream (of sorts). Needs sweetener though.
I've just had 2 scones with butter and jam for lunch.

Ah you're getting in to the third trimester, welcome to Hungry Club! I started getting my cravings at about 28 weeks and since 30 weeks I've been wanting to eat all the time. My trick is crunchy veg, like peppers and carrots, with some dips as its really flavoursome but because it is hard to scoff it quickly I feel like I'm eating more for longer.
