So I read a few people saying that their midwifes said they're good to have baby from 37 weeks, and one of my baby books says at 37 weeks your baby is full term...bringing me today to the realisation that in just 1 week and 3 days I can consider labour as imminent and any day he pleases really! (Although obviously I'm aware he could wait until 42 weeks but to be honest i don't feel like he will, he's been head down since 24 weeks and putting increasing pressure on my pelvis sooo I'm hopeful he doesn't keep me waiting and have me induced lol)

I can't believe it's so soon already! I wonder where on earth the time has gone this year?! In a way I can't wait to meet our boy, yesterday we had a 3D/4D scan which was amazing and made it so much more exciting Smile...in another way I am sooooooo nervous lol.

Anybody else getting to the end of their pregnancies now? How are you all feeling?

im 32+5 and realised that I have 5 weeks until it's full term. That is both terrifying and exciting. I am getting fed up of being pregnant now though. I just want to be able to lie on my tummy again and it not to hurt when I move.

I'm 37+4 & I too cannot believe how fast the time has gone! We found out I was pregnant at just past 5 weeks & 40 weeks seemed like a million miles away but it has flown! I've been really lucky & other than developing gestational diabetes (diet controlled, not a massive issue) I have had a relatively smooth pregnancy. I've actually felt better physically than I have in a long while (other than the odd ache and pain) and I think I'm going to miss being pregnant. I really can't wait to meet our little girl though!! Good luck to all of those who are almost there, I hope the last couple of weeks go smoothly x

I'm 36 weeks today and also can't believe it's nearly time!

All feeling very real now!

Can't wait to meet baby now and feel comfy moving about but at the same time still feel I have so much to do!

Hoping the last few weeks go smoothly for all x

38 weeks tomorrow and the nerves are starting to kick in now.

TruJay · 29/10/2013 21:50

I'm due on Saturday, I can't wait!! We don't know the sex so I'm so excited to find out who's in there!

DaleyBump · 29/10/2013 23:16

Good luck to all of you :) I'm 35+3 and can't believe I've actually made it this far. I'm starting to realise that I'm actually having a real live baby to KEEP really really soon can't wait to meet him :) we've had a 4d scan and he looks JUST like his dad. I honestly can't see me in him at all but oh my god he's gorgeous. Aaaagh so exciting!

MildredH · 30/10/2013 00:08

I'm 35+3 too and agree- once past 12 weeks the time has flown!

Still just can't grasp the reality though- I really cannot believe a very small person will move into our house in 4-6 weeks time!!

39 and I'm fucking MISERABLE.

Everything hurts, sickness has come back, haven't got room for more than a biscuit and sleep? Those days are over.

At this point the waiting and not knowing is really stressful. I'm trying to have nice, quality time with dh but in between throwing up, acid, unbelievable pain of ds trying to get out THROUGH MY CHEST, peeing myself and a zillion other things it's hard.

The midwife told me today that's he's gone from ROT (horrid transverse position) to LOA which is a perfect position. He's started playing with my cervix (lightening crotch) and my milk is coming in so I hope he's on his way!

He's still bouncing around though (and trying to turn again the little bugger!) and the midwife said that they normally calm for a couple days before.

urtwistingmymelonman · 30/10/2013 07:02

also 36 weeks today.
bored and fed up and want her here but also nervous, exited and unprepared!

JoJoManon · 30/10/2013 07:52

35+4 today, being induced on the 21st so 3 weeks and 1 day to go. I cannot wait as we don't know if it's a boy or a girl. Mind you, I'm dreading the lack of sleep..
