Who else has a 12 week scan soon?

Mine is tomorrow morning thlgrin, SO excited but nervous!

Who is going to your scan with you? Unfortunately my partner can't make it due to work commitments and won't be able to make any other (monthly scans due to being high risk) So I'm taking my brother and then me and partner are going to book a private weekend scan around 14 weeks!

Hi munchkin! I take it this is your first? I'm 19+2 weeks and pg with my first and have my 20 week scan next Monday.

I think of my dh couldn't of been there I would've probably gone on my own. Partly because we don't have anyone who is local, and secondly, the only person/people I can think of are my parents but I'm pg with mine and dh's child. As much as I want them involves and am really close to them I feel it's dh and me who should see and hear the baby's heartbeat first

Mine is on Monday although technically ill be 13 weeks going on 14 but hey ho cant wait to see my little nugget again, keep having nightmares we're gonna go and there's gonna be no heartbeat I'm hoping its just pregnancy panics. DP is coming with me and he is more excited than me about it, men

Mine is on Thursday! I'll be 12+1. I'm very excited although I must admit I'm also a little nervous, I really hope everything is alright...!!! I'm also very excited to tell everyone as its been killing me keeping it quiet so far (although some family and close friends do know).

Good luck ladies, sure it will go well :) I had mine this morning and am exactly 12 wks today. Was such an amazing and surreal experience! Baby put on a wee gymnastic display lol.

I was really nervous too, I was shaking as I went in and all throu the scan but the sonographer was great and talked us throu each bit of baby etc. It's crazy to see a little person in there!

Mine 12 week scan is on Tuesday and it still feels like an age away. I'll be 12+2 then. The first trimester seems to take forever to finish!

Really stressing that there is going to be a problem, not sure why but just can't settle. This is my second and I'm really showing already, just want to be able to tell people that I am pregnant and not just fat!!!

Hello Munchkin/ GAndTNow (and everyone else) nervously posts 1st ever thing on Mumsnet

We had our scan on Thurs 31/ confirmed 12+5 - it was AMAZING to see the wriggler inside.

On the downside I have a uper sore throat I can't shake but I'm so excited now we can finally tell people, that I'm not letting it get me down!!

We drive to see all prospective grandparents to tell them immediately after scan!!! Next to tell work.

You'll find loads of other people at this point in the ante-natal clubs threads - just find your month and join in! I've still got 3 weeks until mine. My guess would be you're in the May club? Why not pop in and ask them who they're taking with them? I'm not sure if H can come with me due to work, but if he can't I'll be going alone. It's our pregnancy, no one else's.

I have mine on Tuesday as well at exactly 12 weeks. I last saw the baby at 9+3 but so much can go wrong that I'm still pretty nervous. It'll be my NT scan so really hope everything is well. DH is coming with me and he's pretty excited too.
