Hi, my husband and i decides to start trying for a baby about 4 months ago. I have had 3 periods that have been regular since atopping the contraceptive pill. My cycle is between 26 -30 days. This month my period started on the 7th oct. Its beem a hectic month and we only jad sex on day 12 and day 16 of my cycle. I believe i may have ovulated on day 14 or 15 (not 100% sure). On evening & night of day 19 and all day on day 20 i had period pain like cramps just in my left side in my lower adomen, lower back amd top of left leg. It wasnt as painful as usual period cramps but was very uncomfortable and i couldnt sleep properly. I also had mild dioreah on day 20 It went away and now i dont have the pain but feel extremely tired and want to sleep which is unlike me. I also feel slightly nausea and dizzyness on occasion. I am not due my period until this weekend. My breasts arent hurting or itchy. I have ready about ovulation and implantation cramps but im.just so new to all this and dont know how my body should feel. Im now day 22. Help?

All you can do really is wait and see! Sorry not much help. You very possibly could be based on the dates of dtd and ovulation. Every month I was trying I had nausea and sore boobs and was very tired. The month I conceived i didn't feel much different, just bad itching (although could have been the heat we had in July!) and had no cramping at all until after my period was due. Good luck!

SaucyJack · 28/10/2013 16:55

There's a separate conception forum for those who want to talk about trying to get pregnant.

Nobody here is able to do a telepathic pregnancy test.

Twighlightsparkle · 28/10/2013 17:05

Saucy that comes across as a wee tad rude. No need.

Helen, I remeber the excitement and anticipation of where you are. Itis v possible but also v not possible!

I'd be v tempted to try a pregnancy test. No idea if it would work yet though!

Good luck!

HotCrossPun · 28/10/2013 17:09

Saucy Hmm That was totally unnecessary.

OP, you could very well be pregnant. It's just going to be a waiting game though I'm afraid. I'd recommend that when it is time to test you get one of the digital tests. Bit pricier, but worth it IMO.

SoonToBeSix · 28/10/2013 17:16

I would wait until the weekend to test, waiting at least ten days after dtd is most likely to give you an accurate result.
Ignore Saucy and please update Smile

LittlePeaPod · 28/10/2013 18:21

Seriously SaucyJack was there any real need for the jackass post? Confused

Op ignore SaucyJack lots of people post questions on here when ttc. In answer to your question, you could be but it is a waiting game. Only a test can tell but I had that burning cramping sensation when I conceived. I remember it to this day. Good luck and hope you get your BFP this month Smile

ATruthUniversallyAcknowledged · 28/10/2013 18:26

Poas. It's the only way.

Wilberforce2 · 28/10/2013 18:31

Blimey Saucy was there any need?

Helen we aren't all that unfriendly I promise! You definitely could be but then maybe not there is no way of telling apart from a test, I remember the whole "am I, aren't I" and the two week wait used to drive me crazy!

Really hope that you are, keep is updated x

SaucyJack · 28/10/2013 18:44

i know I sound shirty..... but seriously..... this is the second one of these threads today. and neither of them are in the right forum

If you suspect/hope you might be pregnant, then POAS.

Good luck Smile

LittlePeaPod · 28/10/2013 19:30

SacyJack you get lots of these every week. We ll remember how nerve racking and exciting it was waiting for our BFP... If you don't like it, don't post.. Well, unless you are one of MNHQ police! Grin

Get a First response test to try first, they are the most sensitive and I got my positive pregnancy result on there 3 days before it showed positive with Clear Blue Digital. Use your first wee of the morning too ... Good luck and let us know how you get on xx

ATruthUniversallyAcknowledged · 28/10/2013 23:17

Oh no, no. You don't understand Mumsnet at all. Don't wait Wink That's no fun. Get a test tomorrow and pee on it. Then report back.

BartBaby · 04/11/2013 06:36

Any news??

elcranko · 04/11/2013 11:17

I'm guessing you will have tested by now OP, come back and update us!

SweetPea86 · 04/11/2013 13:17

Saucy no need! Ignore pissy comments like that you can ask these questions on this forum.

I know i did.

Like some of the other ladies said only time will tell wait till your peiord is due and take a test. The first response ones say you can take them four days before your period is due but I took one on the day of my due period and it was still quite faint so you might end up disappointed if you test to early. I know a week is like a life time when your waiting to take a test. Fingers crossed for you and let us no next week :)

SweetPea86 · 04/11/2013 13:18
