In the past I've had a miscarriage and had pcos. Recently had a laparoscopy. Went for results of that last week. Told by gyno to go straight to docs and ask to be referred for fertility as I've endometriosis. Did a pregnancy test that evening as been going to the loo more and gums are very sore. It is positive!

However, I'm worried because I keep getting slight pains in my stomach and wondering how this will affect my pregnancy. Got appointment at docs on Thursday this week. Anyone else been pregnant with endometriosis? Any help/advice would be appreciated.

congratulations on your pregnancy!

I'm pregnant with endo and an endo cyst. I had a fair bit of cramping and bleeding at the start but I'm not sure it's caused by the endo. my understanding is that endo is much better during pregnancy because we're not bleeding and the hormones change. I've had twinges where the cyst is but nothing worse.

Frankly, 26 weeks without the normal levels of period pain has been amazing!
