Urgent - cramps, please help

I'm six weeks today. Suddenly got really bad abdominal cramps, and boobs have stopped hurting. I'm so worried

Once you don't have any bleeding I think you should be ok. If the cramps get really bad and continue then a trip to the hospital is needed. Why don't you try poas to put your mind at ease!

No bleeding so far and it seems to have gone. Still worried... Agh!!

I got aches and pains like period pains for first 8 weeks. Keep an eye out fifor any bleeding. Wear something comfortable that isn't digging in and take it easy if you can. You can always go to gp, hosp, or call that nhs number if worried.

Thanks. It has come back... I hope it's just trapped wind!!! I am at a wedding - really don't need this!!!

Unfortunately it's pretty common as digestion slows down!
