Hi

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and i am feeling the pressure of the baby head right down on my vagina, only thing is i'm feeling it like a shape pain every time i walk or move, laying down an sitting down i'm ok but as soon as i go to get up, walk, or move in anyway it strikes.

First time mum pretty sure this is normal but i just wondered if anybody else had experienced this an if so is there anything that can relieve this?

I had this from 34 weeks with my 1st pregnancy. I had to be induced at 42+1 so wasn't a sign of impending labour for me, or anything to worry about.

I'm sure it's fine, just the weight and position of the baby.

I'm having this at 31 weeks with my second. Unfortunately the only thing that seems to ease it completely is rest. Not so easy with a FT job and toddler!

I'm only 27 weeks with my 2nd so have this to look forward to! As if the aching hips and legs weren't enough Grin
