I am 2 days overdue and thinking of getting the bus (I don't drive) into town just for something to keep me busy. My dp and some family (all at work) think I should stay home, what do you think?

Go out,while you can!
If you do go into labour, you'll have plenty of time to get home.

bring someone who'll get a taxi if needed and call the police if an escort necessary but i was 7 over with dd and went out every day to keep me distracted

Hi usandbump,

Question- Should you go 10 days overdue would everyone expect you to stay in every day! You'd go nuts.

I wouldn't do it based on the fact that I have 2 young DD's and they have to come first. But if it were just me I would pop my mat notes in my bag and head off. You never know it might get things moving for you.
