Erm.. What's this all about?!

Posted this in Conception board too as not sure where to put it-
Am on cd24 of a 25-28 day cycle. Yesterday I had a lot of dull cramping and at least a few days prior to that, pelvic aching (had spd in previous pgs) and backache. A week before that I had a lot of constipation.
Yesterday evening, just before I went to bed, I started aching all over, in my muscles and was shivering with cold. Like flu symptoms. Woke up this morning and all gone, but do feel a bit nauseous.
Any advice?!

THere are a lot of bugs going round at the moment - start of the virus season. I've had similar symptoms, as have the DSes.

You probably don't need to take it to the doctors unless the bug worsens significantly, or lasts more than a week. Stage for menstrual cycle is not normally related to immune system and winter viruses.
