I feel both guilty and stupid I'm 27 weeks and just ran across a bridge and down a flight of stairs to catch a train so I wouldn't be late getting home to my LOs it's almost as if I forgot I was pregnant crazy I know. I didn't fall but i am physically exhausted and taking ages to recover I'm also worried it may have a negative impact on the pregnancy.

You'll be fine.

Thanks for the reassurance I'm probably over-reacting baby is moving everything probably fine I'm at greater risk of early labour than most so will NOT be doing that again

I'm 32 weeks and just about to go to a gym class, I take it fairly gently but its still an hour of exercise, both midwife and instructor said its absolutely fine.

That's great! I wish I had motivation for gym class Smile I've always been fairly active in my pregnancies but am really shocked at how long it took me to recover today and have a terrible headache I must be so unfit Sad

I'm 27 weeks also and waddled ran for the train last week, apart from feeling like the baby was going to fall out with every thud step I think it's fine. Whenever I rush it just makes me really out of breath and I'm sure everyone around me thinks I'm in labour the amount of puffing I do!
