35weeks rock hard stomach, is it normal?

Hi, I'm 35 weeks pregnant with my 1st, just woke up & my bump is rock hard, no pain or discomfort, haven't felt baby move yet but often don't till later on in the day, is this normal?

Sounds like Braxton hicks. It can feel a little different fordifferent women. I used to get what felt like a tightening across my belly when I was out walking my dog for more than 15 minutes.

They may start to get more frequent for you over the next few weeks. Not long now though!

mine use to do this when I sat at the table, it went like a ball of concrete, so solid and after a bit would soften up again :)
