stabbing pain in right abdomen

Im 21 weeks it feels sudden & then goes & returns! It's a stabby feeling, almost like my ovary
is having a pin struck through it?!

Any ideas!?

Probably just ligaments - you're entering a big growth stage - but worth ringing MW if you're worried. They'd always much rather you did!

Sounds like so,e round ligament pain where everything is stretching but if you are even the tiniest bit concerned about it give your midwifery team a buzz and ask to be seen, they're there for us to pester them, otherwise they'd be twiddling their thumbs eating cake all day
