I'm 22 weeks pregnant, tbh I've been waiting for the 'kicks' but it hasn't happened, light flutters but nothing like my first two pregnancies, I barely feel anything. I had a scan a couple of weeks ago and they said "everything looked fine" but today I've been very tender 'down there' whenever I do a wee, and just now I've noticed a very light pink spots on the tissue, I'm really worried now.

It's not TMI - call your monitoring unit at the hospital, go down there and get some answers. Although no medic, it seems weird to me that something could go that awry within the space of two weeks. If the worst has happened I expect they'll need to take care of you just as much, so I would get resolution quickly.

Best wishes for you x

Do not worry but do phone your midwife out of hours number ( or labour ward if your area has a system like mine) for info and advice and reassurance

It could be a uti maybe? Try not to worry but ring for advice / reassurance definately.

You might not be feeling baby as much depending on its position and the position of your placenta, so don't worry yourself about that. So long as the levels of movement you feel stay the same you'll most likely be fine.
To echo the others though, do go get checked re the pain and blood, uti sounds likely as you describe pain when peeing. Best be safe than sorry.
Hope you feel less worried and much better in yourself soon.

I agree it sounds like a water infection, you probably need some antibiotics, and all pregnancys are different, but have a chat to reassure yourself, good luck :)
