Big bump = early baby?

I'm 32 weeks pregnant with DC2 and my bump is really big and uncomfortable. The midwife thinks it's extra fluid rather than a big baby. I have SPD and am also anaemic, so I am really struggling to do much, as I am either in pain from walking or knackered and breathless.
I wonder if the baby might come a bit earlier with my bump being big , or whether it's no indication at all? I'm seeing MW this week, so will ask her too. I just don't know how I can cope with another 8+ weeks, but then again I just want the baby to be healthy.

Sorry, I don't think there's a link, except that in some cases of excess water it can be a sign of something else that they'd want to induce you for eg gestational diabetes.

Oh dear, well I don't want that. I'll suck it up and hang on till Christmas then!

I had a big bump last time (had to be induced at 42+1!!) and am big this time too. Not worried about it, DS was 8lb9 so not huge but not tiny. It is v uncomfortable and I remember hoping he would come early but as far as I know there's no link.

I am expecting dc3, I had spd and anemia with dc2 and have been told I will not be sectioned early. Dc2 also weighed 10.9lbs, I was huge with possible undiagnosed gd, still the answer is no, even though it looks like exactly the same is happening again!

deff not a link was huge with dd1 and went overdue by 5 days

These aren't the answers I was looking for at all! I want to hear how the baby will be a few days early, maybe a week or so. I think I'm mainly sick of the comments about how my baby is going to be HUGE and am I sure it's not twins etc. I really enjoy the days when I don't have to leave the house and speak to other people.
