I'm 6 months pregnant. And I'm just feeling so fed up. Not with being pregnant (I'm not depressed) but things are really annoying me, iv been having a very high amounts of blood and glucose in my wee the hospital said they'd ring doctors with my results once they have tested it THEY DIDNT SEND IT to the labs so no results I was put on antibiotics for a uti. Still on them

I'm having bad back ache and twinges in my bum n top of my legs, my doctors gave me a note for restricted duties as my job is very manual with paitients but a few days after got moved up to another house with more paitients and 2 very heavy men.... I was not happy at all l. Said I don't think it was a good idea and got told the senior managers already said it was okay! So I'm just feeling very fed up! What can I do xxx

Aww I know where you're coming from! I'm 34+5 and also fed up now! Nothing major just aches/pains and general tiredness as the end approaches.

No advice on the hospital front but that does sound rubbish!

With work - when are you starting maternity leave? Can you start sooner rather than later?

Obviously it depends on your circumstances but I originally planned to finish at 36 weeks but changed it to finish at 32 weeks. It's been the best decision as work (I'm a Science teacher) was causing so much stress. Worth considering if possible.

With your job 'change' I would get back in touch with your gp and see what they say (they may sign you off if it is unsafe for you) do you have a HR person you can speak to about it?

I hope you get things sorted soon and feel better - take care x

Aww I bet you can't wait for your baby to get here, oh did you? Well with the nhs I can finish at 10 weeks before my due date so iv got six weeks.

Going to ring in sick tomorrow and have a few weeks off I think I'm just so fed up now.

Got a midwife appointment Friday so will do another pee test haha!!

Bet it is stressful doing your job and now it's just waiting. I hope your both well xxxxxx
