I wouldn't worry. You spat it out. Anything ingested will be minimal.

Don't worry tiny doses anyway

Ibuprofen is considered safe in 2nd trimester.... So don't worry!

Also it's 1/2 the strength of normal adult tablets. So if you spat it out you almost certainly absorbed bugger all.

I did once take calpol when I'd run out of paracetamol
