Can morning sickness come back after a break without it?

I had horrible "morning" sickness 24 hours a day from about 6-19 weeks.
Then I had a lovely window from 19-26 weeks with no vomiting and could eat pretty much anything. But the last few days I've been right back to yacking up non-stop.

Why would it come back now?
Has this happened to anyone else?
Should I be worried?

Could it be the regular flu?

I know some people have morning sickness the whole way through so I'd imagine it can also come and go :(

Vague recollections of something significant happening at 27-29 weeks.. I'm 28 weeks and can't remember what it is. Maybe a growth spurt? Perhaps this is contributing.

I had a return of evening sickness with DS2 at around that point. Stopped in the final few weeks.

My morning sickness came back about week 30 until I gave birth :(

I'm 33 weeks and have been barfing since Monday. Thought it was a tummy bug but its still going strong. Thought I was done with sickness at 15 weeks...bollocks.

Feel better soon. Thanks
