I'm only 4 weeks tomorrow. Had previous ectopic in Jan 2013 and lost right tube.

Only found out pregnant yesterday due to pains that were v.similar to last ectopic: done test: positive.

Went to hospital, no bleeding, hcg 30 and think they said progesterone was 60.

Just got back from hospital again. Had Scan, as I thought, showed nothing, ectopic or otherwise.

OB examined me with speculum and noticed blood (that I hadn't had before) ... Now since iv been home iv had light red blood on wiping....

Veryvery mild cramps... Hardly noticeable (above the sciatica pain that DOES hurt and only time I had sciatica before was wen I had ectopic)

Last hcg was 30 and I think they said progesterone was 60? Got to go back tomorrow for more bloods ..

I'm worried I may be miscarrying now thoug coz of bleeding :(

It will not always mean there is an issue,

My suspected ectopic is currently sat next to me stealing biscuits and giggling.

And that got as far as me being rushed to theatre in the middle of the night after being told there was no way it was anything else and I was about to lose my one remaining tube.

Cramping is normal, it's the uterus starting to grow etc. I had also had early bleeding with both pregnancies.

Bit confused about the poking around with the speculum are you in the US or something? In early pregnancy that could cause bleeding, particularly if you have cervical erosion. I wouldn't let them near me with one.

Oh and I also had sciatica from early in both pregnancies. Your muscles start to loosen and stuff moves.
