Preterm Labor or normal pregnancy pains

I have had a horrible day with the below symptoms and now i'm starting to wonder should i be concerned?

Constant abdom cramping nothing seems to relieve them in fact walking makes them worse.

Lower back ache again that i can not seem to relieve.

Diarrhea (TMI sorry)

Lots more discharge its turning watery now but nothing pink or brown.

Head ache that is coming an going.

Am i being paranoid or does anybody recognize these as anything to do with labor im 36 weeks with GD last blood pressure measurement was 143/98 a few days go.

I'd go and get checked out asap if I were you!

Give the labour ward a call, it does sound like it could be the start of something.
Try not to worry too much about your baby being premature, at 36 weeks everything should be fine.
