Last month I found out 4 days b4 my period that I was pregnant the few days later a test said that I wasn't, I went for blood tests and they came back borderline, so went for more and they confirmed that I was no longer pregnant :( everyone said it must have been a chemical pregnancy, I am now 8 days late on my next period, I have done 2 tests both come back - ! Am just confused, not sure if it's normal to be late after a chemical pregnancy or if I could actually be pregnant but tests just not showing it yet? I have no pregnancy signs, only thing different is I keep getting headaches :( please help?

Hi, firstly sorry for your loss last month :(

Im not 100% but I think the fact you had a pregnancy last month it may affect your period this month.

Good luck for future pregnancies.

Sorry for your loss:( I took 2 pregnancy tests when i was a week late and both came back with a very faint line so faint that i didnt think anything of it. 4 days passed and still no sign on period so i went and brought another test still a faint line but this time more visible so i booked a Dr app and they tested me there and i was in fact pregnant it was just that my hormone levels weren't strong enough yet to bring out a bright line! I was still not convinced even after that so i took a digital test the next day and said "pregnant"

I would suggest taking a digital test next time as these seem to always be clearer to me.

Good luck!

Thankyou, think I will wait a few more days then go buy a digital test

Even if your digital test comes back as negative and you haven't got your period by then, I'd recommend a doctors appointment for blood tests maybe... when I became pregnant I took a thousand tests, some being digital, but all were negative apart from the blood tests from doctors. So I wouldn't say that a digital is anymore reliable than a normal stick test. Good luck! :)
