HG and MC?

Been to see the doctor today for more meds as the HG is kicking up a notch and felt reassured that he said this means the pregnancy is strong and should be successful. How true is this? I feel it may be a little too optimistic. If you've suffered from HG, did you have an otherwise healthy, full term pregnancy? Thank you x

Yes, it's statistically true that the sicker you are the less likely you are to be headed for a mc. However, of course that doesn't mean women without sickness aren't carrying healthy babies!

I've had HG with this one since about day 1, am now 33+2 and from all the checks, blood tests, extra scans and so on baby seems absolutely fine. Not long to go.

Had HG with ds, right until I gave birth he turned up at 37 weeks (he was very ill after, but that was due to birth complications, not HG)

Was the same with pg number 2, MMC at 10 weeks.

This pregnancy HG too - although been on cyclizine since 9 weeks as it was unbearable. 16 weeks and all (touch wood) is well.
