CS scar itchy and painful - 21 weeks pg

I'm 21 weeks with my second, DS was born by ECMS 14mo ago.

My CS has started to itch and feel a bit sore. My MW said this is fairly normal due to pg hormones. It's also keloid.

Has anyone had this? Any tips or suggestions to ease it? Creams and what have you? Thanks.

I think this happened to me, though my scar wasn't keloid. It didn't happen for very long. Bio oil helped. DD2 is only 18mo but I can't seem to remember anything very well - clearly blocked it all out

I'm not pregnant but I do have an itchy keloid c-section scar. I am used to it now but when it was at it's worst I smothered it in sudocreme which took the itch away, and a pad stuck on the inside front of my knickers to stop them from getting greasy from the cream. I have learnt that I can never wear lacy knickers - the itching is unreal!
