Maternity bras... That don't look entirely hideous?

Anyone found any? Preferably with some cotton in them? Bought a lovely one from Debenhams, in lace by Mirriam Stoppard. Looks great, makes me waaay too not from all the synthetic material...

I've got some sexyish ones. I'll look at the labels later, can't be arsed to get up now.

Hotmilk might be worth a look

There's a small selection on ASOS... apparently Bravissimo do them as well - and if you're properly fitted and comfy in them, normal underwired bras are still ok to wear :)

Just bought an Elle Macpherson... but it aint cheap. The rest all make me think I'm wearing my granny's underwear. bleugh

Second Hotmilk :)

TheSurgeonsMate · 16/10/2013 15:43

My smartest ones were hotmilk, but I think they're pretty nylony.

I have a couple of the Panache soft cup bras from Bravissimo just as regular bras - they are so comfy that if I ever get a BFP, I'll just buy more of the same in different sizes.

They have a nursing version too.

Third vote for hot milk. They are lovely and they do breastfeeding bras too. If everyone is going to see them might as well have nice bras I think.

FatimaLovesBread · 16/10/2013 20:41

Panache Sophie. I love mine

CelticPromise · 16/10/2013 21:26

Measure yourself according to the bra guru blog, and wear wired. It's fine if they fit properly.

I hate soft bras, they are neither use nor ornament.

MollySJ · 16/10/2013 21:40

Hotmilk and Elle McPherson are the best I found, cotton might be a wish too far though :(

Cariad007 · 17/10/2013 10:38

When is the best time to shop for nursing bras? I figure that before you have the baby you won’t know how big your breasts are going to get but after you have the baby you won’t have any time for shopping!

mrsksays · 17/10/2013 15:30

I've just bought a couple of non wired bras (they are technically sports bras - they say medium impact on the tags) from Primark which were £4 each. They should tide me over until my next size increase!

I tried maternity bras in M&S and they were disgusting!
