Hi guys, was in labour sat from 1am - 5am, it woke me up they were coming for roughly 1min 7-10 mins apart, then stopped when I rested. Started again today at 4pm,til 7.30ish and I think they've stopped again now. Been reading it could be slow labour but I don't know what to think as this is my first?im 39+3. Help?

Lots of friends have had stop start contractions before they really got going with their first. It's a good sign so hang in there. Stay active and sit upright so you can help things get going. Good luck!

Real labour doesn't stop when you rest, so I think you're still in the practice phase. It's a good sign that your body is gearing up for it though!
