So today when I was standing up there was a gush, then when I went to the toilet to check what was there and do a pee, the toilet was pink? I kept a pad on all day and it's been damp but clear in colour and doesn't smell. A few bits of what I assume are plug (it's been coming for about five days now) have been appearing on my toilet roll. With my daughter I had been leaking for days before I noticed, she was fine, but I was induced because of it. So, I'm not sure if I'm just extra paranoid? Anyhow, I've been damp for months now and went to triage a few times due to it and each time been told it's fine go home call back if it happens again... Should I call or am I being paranoid? I don't want to embarrass myself againSad Partner says call up but he's a drama queen lol. Contractions have been coming for about a week, tailing off after about 2/3 hours. Having some now but I'm not worrying, because, as I say they have been tailing off. Any input will be great. I'm 37+2, daughter was born at 38 with about 4 days of leaking (roughly).

I would call them again and don't miss out anything that you have told us, but don't worry.
They said to call if it happens again so you should.
If this is it, good luck Flowers

Just call them and get checked. It is very easy for a midwife to check if you are actually leaking waters. You were lucky last time round, but that shouldn't encourage you to take any unnecessary risks.

Deep down I knew I should call, just wanted someone else to say it. Very lucky to stay five mins from the hospital and the staff are always fantastic. So, thank you for making me see sense lol!xx

Agree with other posters. You should ring and get checked out. Even if it's not waters at least you can put your mind at rest, that's what the midwives are there for don't feel embarrassed to ask them, I'm sure they see and get asked much worse x

Cross post x

Called them and they said go up, it sounds like it because of the pink tinge and if not then no harm done. Shall post later! Thank you again for the slight push lol xx
