My skin was really good on the pill and up to week 10 of pregnancy but in the last 2/3 weeks I've relapsed into a pubescent teen. My forehead is gross. I'm slapping on sudocrem each night but what else will sort it out?!

I feel your pain. The only thing my GP would prescribe when pregnant or breastfeeding was duac (benzoyl peroxide and an antibiotic). Definitely better than nothing, so worth asking for. But not a miracle cure...

I don't know, but I'm in the same boat. My chin is covered in huge, sore zits Sad

I'm thinking/Hoping mine is due to a change in day cream, so going to try buying a different one today. What one do you usually use op? Do you think you'll try your gp?

I feel your pain!

I've always had oily skin, in fact I actually think my skin was tons better as a teenager.

Since I got that BFP it just went into overdrive and for the past 8 weeks I have been unbelievably spotty and as soon as one disappeared another two re-appeared!

I asked for advice on the beauty boards and am now using Avene Cleanance (currently 3 for 2 in Boots) I have the face gel, toner and moisturiser and have been using it for over a week and my skin is definitely clearing up; don't know if this is also combined with hitting the 12 week mark last week as well.

In my last pregnancy I did get really spotty again around 28 weeks so did get something from the doctors, it was like a bleach sort of lotion thing (completely wrecked my pillows!) I can't remember what it was called now...

Hope your skin clears up soon!

In my previous pregnancies my skin was oily & spotty.

This pregnancy my skin is so dry. Its literally peeling around my nose!

Any suggestions appreciated...

I've been using the mama mio skin care range, belli face wash and tinted moisturiser, simple, some lush products - apparently they're all safe during pregnancy but I've limited their use to my third trimester, dr organics from holland and barret - again from third trimester and weleda. I use some Avene products but their website advises against the use of the clearance range during pregnancy.
