Ok so I'm 30+2 and have had a pretty easy pg so far. Yesterday (Friday) I had a colposcopy done which is nothing new to me and have had 2 now since being pg. whether the colposcopy has anything to do with how I'm feeling, I'm not sure but thought I would mention it anyway. No biopsy was taken.
Since about lunchtime yesterday I have not felt 100% in myself. Very lethargic, slept on the sofa but woke up feeling the same and as the evening went on I just felt a bit rotten and sicky.
Went to bed at roughly 10 and slept quite deeply til 2 but with fairly vivid dreams and since waking up at 2 I realise that my bump is aching. Like it feels very stretched? Same with my lower back and I just can't get comfy for the life of me.
Have felt plenty of movement from baby so I'm not worried about that but I just don't feel right! Just had to have a poo (unheard of at 4am for me) but just wondering whether I am generally just run down with maybe a but of a bug or if I should be worried it's something to do with baby??

Thanks in advance x

Hmm. Could be something or nothing. I'd call the MW in the morning. Did they warn if cramping after your colposcopy?

Your doing the right thing by resting. I wouldn't worry to much but a phone call to put your mind at rest may help.

I got very tired then a stretching feeling when baby was having a growth spurt. It could be just as simple as that.

They never said about any cramping following the colposcopy :-/
I'm still feeling like shit - can't get out of bed! In and out of sleep ... Think I'm just run down and have a bit if a fever. I'm taking paracetamol 4 hourly. But starting to worry if bump is ok?
I mentioned earlier that I've had plenty of movement - all night and all morning and now wondering - is there such thing as too much movement ? I wouldn't exactly describe it as erratic?

If you're ever worried about movement etc get yourself down to the ward for a checkup.

Give your mw a call.

It might be nothing & settle down (hopefully).
Its more important you are reassured & not worried.

Keep resting & look after yourself.

Any change in movement should be flagged with your mw, that means more as well as less. Mostly it's nothing but its best to be sure.
Keep resting lots, keep hydrated and do let someone (DP? MW? GP?) know you're not feeling great.
