What causes frequent Braxton hicks? Dc3

Sooooo frequent. What causes them? I know it's practise for labour ( I had two great labours) but I'm only 25 weeks. Had then at this stage before but more stronger this time

Lovely hormones. Also I think being a bit dehydrated can make them feel worse so be sure to drink lots.
