Was this a contraction and is it possible to have one and then nothing else?

Couldn't really think how to word my title better!

In the early hours this morning I turned over in bed and as I did my bump tightened (but it didn't feel quite like BH) and this uncomfortable pain radiated from the middle of my back round to my bump. I didn't want to move and kinda froze but it eased up once I did move, it lasted about 30 seconds. I haven't had anything happen since (just lots of discharge)

I'm 37+5 and I lost some mucus plug earlier in the week.

Doesn't sound like any contraction I've ever had but you never know. Although its doubtful if nothing has happened since. I've given up trying to figure out what my body is doing!!
