11 Weeks - Terrible Pain, should I be concerned?

I've had terrible pain all day today and I have no idea what it is. Lower back is killing me, shooting pains around my hips and down towards my bottom (tmi sorry)

I also feel like I can feel tiny kicks (this is DC2 for me)

Is it something to worry about and can I take some paracetamol to help? Scan isn't until 14 weeks due to massive queues at the local hospital.

I had bad back pain which turned out to be a UTI, might be worth going to your GP to check? Not sure how common it is but your symptoms sound like mine. I've been given antibiotics and started feeling better after a few days.

Me too had severe tummy pain shooting pain down legs sore back. Have a kidney infection. Feeling really poorly. Get to the docs I wish I had days ago! Waiting for antibiotics to kick in.
