14 weeks and strange feeling

Hi .. I'm 14 weeks with dc 3 ..since I found out everytime I go to the poo I feel ill .. Like you normal do before diarreah .. I go daily and it's quite loose.. But I come over feeling sick and ill ... Never had this before usually constipated ... Anyone else get this .. Sorry if Tmi

Had this for weeks in earlier weeks with dc2 and all was ok. This time ive gone opposite way which seems worse!

Glad I'm not the only one beginning to think something not right although everyone says it can go either way .. It'sore the ill feeling before hand I don't like :(
