Which do you take and why?
At the moment, I only take folic acid, but I am wondering, if I should take a multi vitamin pill also?
I use to take Vitamin C and Iron every day, but stopped because I was unsure if it was good for the baby.
Thank you in advance for your input

The midwife-recommended ones are pregnacare multis. I also take additional vitamin D and fish oils. Extra vitamin C and iron won't be bad for the baby, but as part of your pregnancy blood tests, you should be having your iron levels tested anyway, which will tell you if you need the extra iron. Also, the pregnacare tablets have folic acid and iron in them already. HTH.

You don't want too much off certain vits (like a). I take pregnacare with omega but any of the pregnancy multi vits you can buy would be fine. If your going to take anything additional I would just check with midwife first
