Does anyone have any experiences/advice?
I'm 16 + 3 and having a hard time with my body changing (I now have a quite visible bump although haven't really gained any weight yet) and making sure I'm eating enough to keep me and baby healthy without worrying about extra calories etc. I've been in such a good place for a good couple of years now but my body being out of my control has really thrown me.
I'm feel so grateful and happy about this pregnancy, I just wish I could enjoy it without this constant worry. I'm planning on speaking to my midwife this week but if anyone has anything they can share I'd be so appreciative.
