Gag reflex

My gag reflex has left me completely, has this happened to anyone else? I wretch uncontrollably when I attempt to brush my poor teeth, and I've just bent down to give the cat his food and managed to vom in my mouth, uuurrrghhh!
I'm 12 weeks, sick as a dog and fed up! Anyone else suffering similarly? Come and have a moan!

Yep, I'm with you on the brushing teeth thing. I've nearly been sick in the sink so many times! Hoping this is going to go away soon.

Bloody awful isn't it? I'm convinced I'll have a full set of dentures by the time the baby comes. Yes, fingers crossed it lifts soon.

I don't mean to alarm you, but I'm 26 weeks and my gag reflex is still ridiculous. Brushing my teeth, putting the bins out and coughing have been my downfall.

I sympathise!

Oh Jeez...I had it before with DD but it seems worse this time round. A new development is I can't lean forward without being sick. So, I'll be upright or leaning backwards until April.

Another one jumping on the brushing teeth and poor gag reflex. I'm getting to the point that I can't even bare the texture or feeling of the frothed up toothpaste in my mouth. I've learnt now just to make myself gag and be sick and get it over and done with.

Only another 175 days worth of puking up hopefully! Hmm

Well, at least we're in good company. I really hope it gets better for all of us soon.
