I would see a GP about this. It doesn't sound normal, and though it is highly likely to be a non-serious pregnancy-related issue, I think it's best a medical professional confirms this. Don't worry about wasting their time - you are not.

Hope you feel better soon.

It could be pre-eclampsia. Headaches and blurred vision can happen with high blood pressure. I don't want to worry you, but it would be best to call your midwife or the maternity unit today. A quick measure of your blood pressure is all thats required.

Yes, I was just coming on to say you must speak to your midwife and get your blood pressure/wee checked. Better safe than sorry.

Chocotrekkie · 27/09/2013 11:37

I was also coming on to say pre-eclampsia. Please phone docs/midwife now and ask them to see you today - believe me it can get worse if you ignore it...
If its nothing then it's nothing but better safe than sorry.

Ask a professional, I'd give your midwife a call if I were you. It could be pre-eclampsia, they are definitely some of the symptoms.
But there's probably other things it could be so don't try to self diagnose.
No harm in calling for advice, get checked over properly.
Take care, hope it isn't anything serious.

Another for check ASAP. They don't mind, I had p.e. ruled out several times.

Good luck.

^ what everyone else said. I'd call your midwife or the local maternity unit now.
