Bilateral uterine notching

Hi everyone:) I had my 20 week scan on Tuesday and found out I have bilateral uterine notching. They never fully explained to me what this was but told me it puts me at higher risk of contracting pre-e and at higher risk of having a small baby. Already my babies growth is smaller than expected and Iv done the cardinal sin of searching google for information and hearing more about early labours and small babies. I just wondered if anyone has previously been in this position or is already going through is and with ready having a smaller than average baby has had a completely normal pregnancy/birth?

They have booked me in for another scan at 26 weeks but feels like a lifetime away when you are concerned! Thank you:))
