I'm 14+4 weeks so still early stages but I've just had a lovely hours soak in the bath and scared myself when I was washing my boobs 
I noticed these tiny white spots coming up on my areola on both my nipples. I'm guessing its to do with my boobs getting ready to produce milk? Now I've cooled down the white heads on them have gone. I know my boobs are meant to get quite veiny but my chest looked like a spiders web!
